I enjoy supporting individuals in achieving their fitness goals, whether that be developing athletic performance, building strength, rehabilitating an injury, or gaining confidence in the gym.”
“I have over ten years experience working in health and fitness but my obsession with different forms of training began long before that. Many people know me for my achievements in running at which I was once very competitive over long distances and across mountains. Whilst I continue running for fun nowadays I invest much more time in functional strength training and enjoy setting new personal bests with the barbell.”
