PERSONAL SERVICES
I offer a range of personal training services including small group classes, 1:1 training sessions, personalised programmes, and online coaching. I specialise in strength training, running, and hybrid fitness. If you would like to find out more about how I can help you with your fitness goals, fill out the contact form.
Personal training sessions can be booked in 1 hour slots. You choose what you would like to focus on and decide what your long-term goals are. I’ll help you get there. For individuals training more than once a month, this session price includes access to a fitness app with a training programme to follow between sessions, video demos, advice and support. Sessions are based at Chris Bowman Fitness in Helensburgh.
1:1 Personal Training
Hybrid online coaching may be preferred by clients who live further afield and/or are more confident training independently. This package includes a single 1:1 in person session each month alongside an updated online training programme and nutrition guidance delivered via a fitness app. The training programme can cover strength, conditioning, and running. All programmed strength workouts are accompanied with video demos of each exercise. Progress is tracked and support provided online.
This 45 minute class involves a structured warm up, with running drills, a beginner friendly interval session, warm down and stretch. This class is hosted weekly on Wednesdays at 18:30 from Chris Bowman Fitness, in Helensburgh. Gym members can book via the Legit Fit app. Non-members can contact me to book.
