“Making your health a priority is so important if you want to enjoy a good quality of life not just now but in the long-term. I am very knowledgeable and understanding of how to train through different ages and stages of life.

Strength training doesn’t have an age limit and I work with a wide range of clients on a 1:1 basis and in my group classes.

I have helped many people achieve a better balance between their work, family, and fitness. I have equipped others with the tools to train around chronic health conditions and pain. I have supported women exercising through pregnancy and beyond.

Whatever stage you are at in life and whatever your level of training experience, whether you are brand new to lifting weights or someone with multiple sporting persuits, I can meet you where you’re at and push you on to reach your potential.”
