Do I need to be a gym member to train with you?

No. You do not need to take out a gym membership to train with me, you can simply pay-as-you-go for 1:1 personal training sessions.

Do I need to commit to a certain number of training sessions?

You can train as often or as little as you like, but you need to be realistic and adjust your fitness goals accordingly. To receive an update of your training programme, you will need to check-in at least once a month.

What support will I get outwith training sessions?

You will have access to a fitness app where you can view and follow your personalised training programme between scheduled training sessions. This includes video demos of exercises, recommended weights, sets, and reps, and detailed notes. Progress can be assessed as you complete workouts and check-in regularly.

What services do you offer?

I offer a range of personal training services including small group classes, 1:1 training sessions, and online coaching. I specialise in strength training, running, and hybrid fitness.

How are you different?

I’m a personal trainer who once competed at an elite level in athletics. I know how to structure a quality training programme to push you to the next level. But, I can also be adaptable and accommodating when circumstances change and a different approach is required.
