My main specialties as a personal trainer are mobility work alongside functional strength and conditioning: for endurance sports, for rehabilitation, and for life. See below for more details.

I prioritise moving well and performing exercises with good technique so that you leave each workout feeling better than before.
I encorporate dynamic warm ups into the start of every personal training session to address your specific needs and prepare you for the big lifts.
I also teach mobility classes on a weekly basis at the gym in Helensburgh, which you are welcome to attend to help you recover between harder workouts.

If you have some serious strength goals, for example you want to achieve your first push up or pull up. Iām the woman for you.
If you want to get leaner with visible muscle definition, I can absolutely help you with that too.
If you simply want to become more resiliant and overcome pain relating to repetitive strain from work or other daily tasks then I totally understand, and we can work on that together.
I will structure your strength training to meet your needs and goals and always make it functional for you.
I take a holistic approach to strength training, incorporating elements of sports therapy, weight lifting, body building, and calisthenics.
RUN FASTER
Whether you are just starting your couch to 5K journey or you are a seasoned athlete, I know how to help you structure your workouts to best support your running, improving strength and power, whilst minimising risk of injury.
I have competed in long distance and hill running at an elite level for many years in the past and continue to incorporate running into my own training for hybrid events.
As a running coach too, I can offer you a bespoke running programme with weekly routines and interval sessions to follow in the build up to an event.
I also host a running club on a weekly basis at the gym in Helensburgh, which you are welcome to attend if you are capable of running 5K and would like to try beginner friendly interval sessions with a fun and supportive group of people.
